What areas do you service? 

We offer service to the entire Chicagoland area including city and suburbs. 


We are also available for destination weddings upon request.

What can I expect at the initial consultation?

During your initial consultation, you will meet with Lindsay (the owner) to discuss your big day.   She will guide you through design ideas, flower options, colors, and pricing.

Come prepared with your own color ideas, inspiration pictures, and other details that will help illustrate the style of the wedding. Lindsay will also have portfolios to give you additional inspiration.

You can also share your Pinterest boards with us @bellaflorawed, or email us pictures.

You will receive a detailed, written estimate about 2 days after your initial consultation.  We provide each client with a one week courtesy hold on dates once an estimate has been sent.

Be sure to complete our Consultation Worksheet prior to your meeting.

Do you have minimums?

We welcome clients with any size, style, or budget wedding!  It's our goal to create beautiful designs that help you stick to whatever budget you feel comfortable with.  We do not require a minimum order 99% of the time, with the exception of certain holidays.

Minimum order requirement of $5000 is required for event dates that fall on or near following holidays:

New Years, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas

What is your cash referral program?  Do you offer any other discounts?

Our cash referral program is our way of saying thanks to our wonderful clients.  As with most small businesses, referrals are one of the main ways we continue to grow.  It's pretty simple - refer your friends, they get a discount, and you make $50!

We are also proud to offer a 5% discount to any active or veteran military, 

firefighters, police officers, and other first responders.

What is your deposit/payment policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book events.  The balance would be due four weeks prior to your event date.  We accept payments in the form of:

credit card (transaction fee applies)


How much do wedding flowers cost? 

Our client's floral budgets vary from small elopements of $250 to grand lavish celebrations of $15,000 or more...and anywhere in between!

Our typical full service wedding (including bridal party, ceremony, reception designs) 
usually ranges between $3500-4500.

Can I change my mind/adjust the designs after booking?


Of course! 


We allow as many changes as needed up to four weeks prior to your event date.  We know things change as you get further into the planning process.  You'll have the flexibility to change as much or as little as needed.

Any changes made will result in an adjustment to your final balance. Certain restrictions may apply.
